After submitting your request, you will be assigned a number, which you must refer to in the documentation that will accompany the device.
Depending on the location/type of product/type of anomaly, we will inform you about the authorized repair center (ARC) and the respective address to which you should send your device.
Check if the data filled in is correct, as we will use it to contact you about your product and for it’s return.
