Nextek products are covered by warranty against any malfunctions or manufacturing defects, for a specific period of time for each model of equipment, which should be checked in the product specifications, which may eventually be increased by contract (available only on selected models).

If the warranty period for a particular product is not specified, the minimum legal warranty period of 6 months is considered appliable. It is presumed that all Nextek products are intended for professional users.

Nextek will, at its option, repair or replace the product, to whatever extent Nextek deems necessary to restore the product to proper operating condition.

Usage of any accessories or consumables (eg power supplies, charging bases, batteries, paper rolls, etc.) that are not original or that are not officially recommended by Nextek may void the equipment’s warranty.

Accessories and batteries are covered by a 6 month warranty period, unless stated otherwise.

Damages, failure or malfunction caused by improper use or natural disasters (including electrical discharges and fluctuations) are not covered by the warranty.

Any modification or intervention on the equipment that is not carried out by Nextek’s technical services or by an Authorized Repair Center may void the warranty.
